How recent? Can you compare to earlier versions to find the revision

Indeed. Also, can you give any indication of what stage NetSurf may be at
in handling whichever page causes the problem? The status bar contents may
shed some light on the issue, particularly if it's started fetching. If
it's stalled /before/ fetching, then it could be having difficulty
performing DNS resolution.
Effectively, without much more information, we're basically poking around
in the dark.
