At present, NetSurf on RISC OS supports no character sets other than US-ASCII, ISO-8859-n, Windows-125n, UTF-8, and UTF-16. Anything else will result in a parsing failure. This will be fixed, but not before I find a way to debug RISC OS modules on an OS that isn't RISC OS.
