As a non technical type I do find submitting Bug reports difficult, In this case a text file was created and I dragged the icon from the save menu to the litle space that is for the report and waited several seconds for it to complete and then hit submit. I have had the same result twice so have given up. Sorry. Is there not a simpler way that can be devised to upload these important error reports? Other than that: Thanks for a clean clear easy to use product. David M
