I have discovered a slight problem.

As it stands, NetSurf names its full-save apps as the URLs by replacing the
'dots' with underscores.

The existing ChkSpr utility seems to think the underscore is not a legal
character for naming sprites and leaves them out. Thus a trivial renaming
which continues to include underscores in the first 10 (or so) characters
will fail to give the desired effect.

So it seems we will require someone clever to 'correct' this behaviour in
ChkSpr before the scheme is practicable. Something that probably needs
addressing anyway.
