Right, I added utils/time.h which declares and documents nserror nsc_snptimet(char *str, size_t size, time_t *timep); int nsc_sntimet(char *str, size_t size, time_t *timep); Hope thats acceptable to everyone. They use the troublesome str(p|f)time on unix where present and less "correct" methods elsewhere.
