Hmm, if I drag up and down above my window's left-hand border, the green arrow appears correctly (although I can see the expansion arrows flickering underneath it). If I drag around anywhere else - including outside the window's boundaries - all the entries get the closed expansion arrows drawn on top of them and the green arrow doesn't appear (or is getting overwritten - not sure which).
