Yes, but your AmigaOS 3 port will not be merged into the NetSurf source tree until it stops abusing the framebuffer frontend. Therefore, whatever you've done in your version has very little relevance to mainline NetSurf. As we have said repeatedly: the SDL binding for the framebuffer port is for debugging only.
