Is the data you're talking about the "iface-id" information created by the
virt driver when the VM is first booted?  If so, yes, when a VM is
migrated, the virt driver on the new compute host will again set the
"iface-id" and related OVSDB values, while the virt driver on the old host
cleans them up.
