Hello! I want to port in quantum upstream our small feature with config based VLAN range management for OVS plugin. Old code takes static VLAN_MAX, VLAN_MIN values from VlanMap class. In new code user could set "vlan_min, vlan_max" in ovs_quantum_plugin.ini to use custom VLAN range.
