Yes, It worked for me.

David: just for confirmation,

I have checked the DevStack script and the command for OVS is  "apt_get
install openvswitch-switch openvswitch-datapath-dkms"  and Deepak gave me
the command is "apt-get install openvswitch-datapath-dkms
openvswitch-common openvswitch-switch".

I think "openvswitch-common" has been added into that.  Cloud you please
cross check this command in your updated devstack script?
