Thanks Salvatore. I am fine on item 6 and will get back to you with more info.
I am guessing that the discussion on item 2 will help to address the asynchronous API requirements. As a general suggestion on item 3, can we also consider having the following attributes be a part of every quantum resource: * label/tag - nullable string, but when set, helps to identify the resource in a more user friendly way * description - nullable string, or a dictionary - will help the plugin to add additional information for the resource Thanks, ~Sumit. The following is a proposal for an agenda that I've put together. It will be great to have your feedback. 1. Quantum API v1.0 recap (5 minutes) 2. 'operational status' for API resources (10 minutes) 3. Improving usability of the Quantum API (10 minutes) a. Filters on query parameters b. Pagination for list responses c. Links (possibly version-independent) to resources d. Rate limiting e. Other proposals from the community 4. Extending Quantum's core (10 minutes) This topic is about finding the right balance between a small core with many extensions (what we have currently) are a large core with little extensions 5. Improvements to the extensions framework (contributed by Ying - 10 minutes) 6. API operation rollback (contributed by Sumit - 10 minutes) Sumit and Ying: please let me know if the current allocation works fine for you. I'm also putting together a few slides to drive the discussion. So, If you have some slides as well, please let me have them so that I can put everything together. Salvatore
