Sounds good.  Such a dir structure will be even more important in our
developer docs, which is the missing third piece of documentation (unclaimed
blueprint:

I was originally planning on this.  Unfortunately, Dashboard requires
Keystone, and thus based on my understanding from the Nova meeting last
week, this means it can't work with the Diablo release of Nova.  There are
other quirks about the interaction between the Quantum Dashboard + Quantum
Manager that we can hopefully chat about during the summit.

Yeah, we'll actually have to update several points in the document once
Keystone is available.  We'll also need to describe how to edit quantum.conf
to enable the keystone middleware and how to validate the keystone setup
