Hi folks, As part of nominating Quantum for OpenStack incubation, I wanted to make sure everyone has signed the Ubuntu code of contact if you are contributing code to Quantum. We discussed this a while back at the summit, but a fair number of people have joined since then. I believe you can sign this yourself, or your employer may have signed it already.
