Couldn't agree more.  Last night I discovered that batch_config.py was
busted due to some past changes.... unit tests are the right way to go on
this.  I created two bugs targeted at Diablo-4:

Today at the meeting it would be good to review the D-4 list in general and
determine if anything is considered at risk.
