I may miss something but we had:

        if (skb->protocol == htons(ETH_P_IPV6))
                hdr->gso_type |= VIRTIO_NET_HDR_GSO_UDP_TUNNEL_IPV6;
        else
                hdr->gso_type |= VIRTIO_NET_HDR_GSO_UDP_TUNNEL_IPV4;

in virtio_net_hdr_tnl_from_skb() now.
