[PATCH net] net: systemport: set dev->max_mtu to UMAC_MAX_MTU_SIZE

The driver is already allocating receive buffers of 2KiB and the
Ethernet MAC is configured to accept frames up to UMAC_MAX_MTU_SIZE.
