And the crq can be altered by both vnic driver and VIOS server since
in init_crq_queue(), it has bidirectional mapping.
        crq->msg_token = dma_map_single(dev, crq->msgs, PAGE_SIZE,
                                        DMA_BIDIRECTIONAL);
