[PATCH] ionic_lif: Use devm_kcalloc() in ionic_qcq_alloc()

[Xu Wang]

A multiplication for the size determination of a memory allocation
indicated that an array data structure should be processed.
Thus use the corresponding function "devm_kcalloc".
