The emac include MDIO controller, and the motherboard has more than one PHY connected to an MDIO bus. So share the shared mii_bus for others MAC device that not has MDIO bus connected.
Based on ACPI, since "phy-handle" cannot directly point to a _DSD sub-package, so we use "phy-handle" to point an internal MDIO device port. The port describes the phy address.
