Prevent phylib from freeing PHY IRQ twice on closing an eth device:
phy_disconnect() first calls phy_stop_interrupts(), then it calls 
phy_stop_machine() which in turn calls phy_stop_interrupts() making the 
kernel complain on each bootup...
