[PATCH net-next] net/hsr: Fixed version field in ENUM

[Peter Heise]

New field (IFLA_HSR_VERSION) was added in the middle of an existing
ENUM and would break kernel ABI, therefore moved to the end.
Reported by Stephen Hemminger.
