Ouch, really? Then that's a gross bug.

Anyway, the iwconfig channel shouldn't accept a new channel setting regardless
of the current regulatory domain (airodump probably rotates through all
*existing* channel numbers, regardless of which domain is configured
currently). I'll fix this bug today.

And I'll also try to figure out why we are able to connect to "foreign" APs
despite having a very restrictive regulatory domain configured.
