Hello,

Is this a problem that the recent slow start patch hasn't fixed? Your
description makes it sound more like a congestion avoidance, problem.
I've spent some of today playing with vegas on my test network (10mb
bottleneck), and haven't seen any obvious problems.

I'd be interested in seeing any traces that show performance problems
with the vegas implementation.
