Hello all,

I have a few questions I'd like answers to:

* Is burst mitigation for TCP is implemented in Linux? By burst mitigation, I mean a mechanism to avoid sudden bursts of packets that may (under several plausible circumstances) be released by a single ack.

* If so, is it an option?

* Is it turned ON by default?

thanks in advance,
jana
