MIPL2 will use "SUBTREE", and I'm trying to clean-up routing code including
"SUBTREE."

These patches conflict with my working tree, in fact.
I'll try fixing my tree.

Comment: It does not make sense to introduce fib6_root_node(),
while leaving RTN_TL_ROOT and/or RTN_RTINFO.

Otherwise, I'd eat them.
