The pkgsrc bootstrap doesn't want to see the PKG_PATH variable in the
environment.

# cd /usr/pkgsrc/bootstrap
# ./bootstrap
ERROR: Please unset PKG_PATH before running bootstrap.
# unset PKG_PATH

Is there a need to put `/usr/pkg/sbin' ahead of `/usr/sbin' in PATH to use the
newer `pkg_admin'?

# which pkg_admin
/usr/sbin/pkg_admin

# file /usr/pkg/sbin/pkg_admin
/usr/pkg/sbin/pkg_admin: ELF 64-bit LSB pie executable, x86-64, version 1
(SYSV), dynamically linked, interpreter /usr/libexec/ld.elf_so, for NetBSD
10.1, with debug_info, not stripped

I was able to get the `f.occupy' panel to show its contents without setting
those two parameters discussed in the problem report.

Further tinkering has lost the ability to show some unicode glyphs in a tmux
console. Specifically, Taiwan/HK/OC locale CJKV characters. The fontsize
shrunk to eight.
