We have RedHat 6.2 with netatalk-1.4b2+asun2.1.3 working great until we hit the G4, OS9, Quark problem. Checked all of the archives and now know how to resolve. Downloaded pre-asun2.1.4-37b, modified netatalk Makefile to rem out #CRYPTODIR, #DESDIR and #CRACKDIR and added DEFS=-DUSE_FLOCK_LOCKS to Makefile under sys/linux. When we compile, we get the following errors. Any ideas? make[4]: Entering directory '/usr/local/atalk/etc/netatalk-1.4b2+asun2.1.4/bin/afppasswd' gcc -DUSE_FLOCK_LOCKS -O2 -fomit-frame-pointer -fsigned-char -Wunused -Wuninitialized -I../../include -o afppasswd afppasswd.o afppasswd.o: In function 'convert_passwd': afppasswd.o(.text+0x179): undefined reference to 'des_key_sched' afppasswd.o(.text+0x1e2): undefined reference to 'des_ecb_encrypt' afppasswd.o: In function 'update_passwd': afppasswd.o(.text+0x4ad): undefined reference to 'FascistCheck' collect2: ld returned 1 exit status make[4]: *** [afppasswd] Error 1 make[4]: Leaving directory '/usr/local/atalk/etc/netatalk-1.4b2+asun2.1.4/bin/afppasswd' make[3]: *** [all] Error 2 make[3]: Leaving directory '/usr/local/atalk/etc/netatalk-1.4b2+asun2.1.4/bin/afppasswd' make[2]: *** [afppasswd] Error 2 make[2]: Leaving directory '/usr/local/atalk/etc/netatalk-1.4b2+asun2.1.4/bin' make[1]: *** [../../bin] Error 2 make[1]: Leaving directory '/usr/local/atalk/etc/netatalk-1.4b2+asun2.1.4/sys/linux' make: *** [all] Error 2 Richard Geddes HMP Communications, LLC [EMAIL PROTECTED] [EMAIL PROTECTED] __________________________________________________ Do You Yahoo!?
