Did you check that this MIB was indeed removed from the agent?
I.e. try querying information from it, and see whather you get anything back.
If this confirms that the MIB was indeed disabled, then you probably
need to track down exactly which MIB is causing this error.
Try running the agent with debugging turned on ('-D'), and see what is
reported immediately around the "error on subcontainer" messages.

There has certainly been work done on container handling since 5.4.1.
It's probably worth trying with 5.4.2.1 before you spend any more time
on tracking this down.
