Hello @lorenzoDevOn, > Would it be possible to backport this fix to JDK 25u? The backports to OpenJDK update releases is managed through a separate project called the jdk-updates https://openjdk.org/projects/jdk-updates/. Each update release has a project lead and maintainers. For JDK 25u, it's listed here https://wiki.openjdk.org/spaces/JDKUpdates/pages/170131468/JDK+25u. I don't follow the update releases closely, so you will have to bring up this backport proposal with the project maintainers as explained in those pages. On a technical note, it should be OK to backport this fix in that version. Typically for backporting fixes, we wait for the fix to be first available and used in a mainline release. That helps gain some additional confidence and usage for the fix. This one was fixed in 28 and it isn't yet available in a released JDK version. But ultimately, it's upto the project maintainers to be decide when they consider it suitable to backport such fixes. ------------- PR Comment: https://git.openjdk.org/jdk/pull/32078#issuecomment-6439275736
