The following fix seals `sun.net.dns.ResolverConfiguration` abstract class. `sun.net.dns.ResolverConfigurationImpl` is the only permitted subclass which has two O/S specific implementations: for `Windows` and `Unix` architectures. Both of them are marked as `final`.
