I hereby nominate Patrick Concannon to Membership in the Networking Group.
Patrick is a Committer in the JDK project, and has been actively participating in the evolution and maintenance of the networking libraries for several years.
Patrick was the principal contributor to the reimplementation of DatagramSocket (JEP 373), and has contributed many fixes in the networking area.
