The timeout tests extending AbstractConnectTimeout have been relaxed to accept a ConnectException wrapping NoRouteToHostException. These test have been observed failing intermittently with ConnectException wrapping java.nio.channels.UnresolvedAddressException instead - presumably a transient network failure caused this other exception to be thrown.
