Hello! This test started to fail recently.
This is because it has a cookie expiration date hardcoded as 'Sat, 09-Nov-2019 23:12:40 GMT'.
The simplest fix is to move the date forward.I also made this test to run in the othervm mode because it modifies the default locale.
