Could someone please review my fix and CSR for JDK-8231719 <https://bugs.openjdk.java.net/browse/JDK-8231719> 'Correct contradictions in timeout range descriptions' ?
The fix changes the wording of the API spec to remove the contradiction in the valid range for timeout values.
