Hi,

Please find below a patch for:
8230858: Replace wildcard address with loopback or local host in
         tests - part 23

Some of the tests (3 first files in the webrev) have just been updated
to provide more diagnosis.

The other tests have been updated to bind their server part to
a specific address, rather than using the wildcard.
