This looks good. In passing, it might be clearer if 
AcceptInheritHandle.test named is argument args rather than sysProps as 
it's an array of arguments for the child. Also you could use
Arrays.stream(sysProps).anyMatch("-Djava.net.preferIPv4Stack=true"::equals)
to avoid the Set if you want.
