which addresses the issue https://bugs.openjdk.java.net/browse/JDK-8041677analysis has shown that the Teredo interfaces causes issue, due to its dynamic configuration, when included in the test. A conditional statement excludes Teredo from the latter part of the test, so
the conditional is moved to the start of the while loop regards Mark
