Description of issue:
Root Cause:
Test java/net/NetworkInterface/Test.java failed because virtual
interface "Teredo Tunneling Pseudo-Interface" on windows returned random
addresses, we should not test on that interface.
Suggested Fixes:
Remove windows&&Teredo Interfaces from test.
