Internally, we've been moving from the Sun network environment to Oracle's for about a year now, and we lose various bits of connectivity which sends us scrambling.

6626257: Update SWAN-specific webcaching to Oracle environment in the
regression tests.

How does this test work outside the Oracle internal network? Can HOST
be overridden?

It looks like the test will not run if www-proxy.us.oracle.com is not
resolveable.

Correct. It also depends on the Sun DNS server. (This might also need to get changed in the near future, but I'll leave that to the networking folks. I wanted to get the webcache stuff taken care now, as our test folks were running into it.)
