I've done business with Tierpoint before but not in KC. Good facilities, kinda middle of the road support - they take care of you though. Fairly easy to work with. I remember security being kinda lax, you signed in on a kiosk but it didnt really integrate with the doors and you just kinda picked up a general visitor access card to go in at the time.. hopefully that's changed by now.
