Well... sort of. 

The reality is that from a configuration and management perspective, there's 
very little difference between OSPFv2 for IPv4 and OSPFv3 for IPv6. 

I've run OSPF 2 and 3 on multiple networks and it's not difficult or 
problematic in any way.
