Routing from AS11427, AS209 & AS32201 to the IP address of 190.166.236.188 in the Dominican Republic (DO) seems to be dropping traffic at AS1299 to and from. I have a remote programmer that needs VPN access back to our corporate office in Wisconsin from that IP address. /TIA
