The tower is the home of WOW (formerly E-Solutions), which has 2 floors of colo, and about 8 or 9 carriers, making it one of two major carrier hotels in downtown Tampa.
As usual, no clue what the new owner's approach will be, though "refurbing and leasing aggressively" is mentioned.
