Local last-mile providers in Manhattan

Hi NANOG,

I'm searching for last-mile providers in Manhattan (near the Holland
tunnel) to provide a 100Mbps and 1Gbps EPL to 60 Hudson. I would like to
avoid the bigger players as much as possible.
