Nobody's hindering you.  You can get NAT boxes of all shapes and sizes.

If you want to mess around with class E addresses on your own network,
go ahead, nobody's hindering you there, either.

But you're asking other people to spend their own time and money to
change their equipment to handle class E.  For reasons discussed at
length, no.

If you're offering to pay their costs, on the other hand, ...
