*puts on trolling hat* Maybe the solution can be to have the Netflix client support the torrent protocol, so the upload from netflix is minimal. Maybe pre-distribute files encripted, then distribute the de-crypt key once the medias are distributed enough in different nodes. So netflix would be doing the first upload, then distribute the keys.
