Does anyone have a user manual and/or configuration guide for a Ciena CN4200? I tried contacting their technical publication phone number and email but never heard back. If anyone has anything that's more in-depth than marketing material, please contact me off-list. I'm primarily interested in how to troubleshoot "loss of frame" messages and what the front panel LED states mean, but anything will help.
