Some ISPs in Brazil include:

- Oi;
- Telefonica;
- Intelig (Telecom Italia group);
- CTBC;
- GVT; 
- Embratel (Telmex group) - caveat: they don't peer!
- Global Crossing, 
- et cetera.

Chances are that Oi, CTBC and GVT will not be present in Chile, though.

While evaluating your ISP, check the PTT-SP roster [1] to see if the ISP
has the tick mark on the column "ATM" (MLPA, in Portuguese) - for peering
purposes.
