I filed an abuse report 11 days ago (Feb 9) and have received no response. Attempts to follow up by phone using the contact info in ARIN's records have yielded:
- one phone number that's an overall campus directory - one phone number that's a generic outbound line - one phone number that offers an option to connect to "the on-call person", however, no such person has ever been available (on repeated attempts during business hours) and the recorded message directs callers to an "escalation procedure" without stating exactly where that procedure can be found ---rsk
