Hi Quentin,

Have you had luck finding a Nuestar contact? Last time I searched I came up
empty. Almost all the sites never respond when we put a ticket/email in
saying we are blocked. We are likely going to start sending certified mail
from legal and see if that gets any attention. It's causing a lot of grief
to say the least.

I'm still doing digging but have you seen a difference in peering vs
transit? I've got a couple sites that appear to work via transit and not
peering, which if it's a Cloudfront error makes zero sense to me.
